Chic pins and brooches
Brooches and pins have been worn since the earliest civilizations. As you know, archaeologists have found these items dating back thousands of years. And although their popularity has never waned amongst those in the know in the fashion world, it seems that they are once again huge news in mainstream fashion.
That’s all very well but what about those of us who love to use brooches and pins to accessorize our outfits but demand something out of the ordinary? I can’t imagine going to a party and discovering another woman dressed in the same outfit as me (although I’d have to admire her for her immaculate taste!) but finding that other women are wearing the same signature pieces of jewelry is just as bad.
Certainly, there are some classics that will always remain in style – a string of fine pearls for example – but for something like a pin or brooch,originality is a must. They add a great deal to an outfit; worn on a lapel, at the decolletage or on a stylish felt hat. They look fabulous holding a wrap in place over one shoulder too. We are so pleased to have found this original and artistic collection.
