Designer chairs and stools from Europe
Designers seem to be at their best when creating chairs. I’m not sure why this is but so many designer chairs are sculptural works of art in their own right. I’ve discovered this European-based site which has wonderful products in every section but I must admit being drawn to the selection of chairs and stools. Shipping, by the way, is worldwide.
Some of the designers you will be familiar with but others may be new to you but almost every item on this site is visually pleasing. The history of this site is extremely interesting. The founder, when traveling in Europe and staying in luxury hotels, would often see stunningly designed objects that she’d love to have in her home. She would inquire about where to purchase them but the information was rarely available. Therefore, she set up this service to bring luxury, hotel-quality design to our homes.
There are items available on the site that I’ve never seen before and yes, you can shop by brand, by category, by designer or even by hotel. The site also offers a finder service – if you’ve seen an object but don’t know where to buy it, they’ll search it out for you. (Take a sneaky iPhone shot if you can!) This is truly an exceptional site and a fabulous service.
