Cooking meat-free
<p>If anyone had told me years ago, that I&#8217;d eventually be living without eating meat of fish, I&#8217;m pretty sure that I wouldn&#8217;t have believed them. But times change and over the years, I decided that really, meat isn&#8217;t part of living my own personal good life.</p>
<p></p>
<p>I know a lot of people who have cut down on the meat they eat and I think that the &#8216;Meatless Monday&#8216; movement, popularized by the McCartney family,  had a lot to do with that. There are so many great vegetarian recipe books today and gradually, we are becoming a little less &#8216;weird&#8217; in the eye of the general public.</p>
<p>Over the years, I&#8217;ve developed many meat-free recipes. I couldn&#8217;t possibly follow a vegan diet &#8211; I can&#8217;t imagine cooking without dairy, especially cheese.
